Staff Development Coordinator (RN/LPN)
Avalon Health Care is seeking a dependable, organized and dedicated Staff Development Coordinator to join our outstanding team!
The Staff Development Coordinator is responsible to plan and implement facility orientation, job skills training, in-service education and a Certification Training Program (if applicable) for the nursing assistants as required by regulations.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Manage Training Orientation and Job Skills In-service Education
Candidates should have current nursing license as well as long term care experience.
